Town and City developers, the Real Estate Development and Construction arm of the KG group has adopted path-breaking technologies to lower construction costs in its effort to bring good quality, affordable, low-income housing to India. Being into the huge real-industry industry, Town and City Developers business processes are fragmented into various stages and fields. Initially, they were using a software built using Dot Net technology which wasn’t efficient to manage their complex multi-staging business processes. Hence, they were looking for an efficient cost-effective CRM solution in order to streamline their business.

The Problem

As described earlier, Town and City Developers,one of the top real estate developers, was using CRM software built-in Dot Net technology which was outdated to meet their advanced business requirements. Also, the implemented CRM software was developed only for desktop versions which completely lagged in flexibility and user-competencies.

Also, as a multi-dimensional company, Town and City Developers consists of 32 different stages in it and each stage consists of various fields in it – to be more precise, 12 stages under presales, and 20 stages under post-sales. Each stage consists of various data process procedures.

Various data such as site information, documentation verifications, room allocation, etc., will be processed in the different stages. Thus, in order to organize their data processing procedures and to streamline the business functionalities, they required an updated CRM that can simplify the entire process at ease.
