The Solution

PECKO Electronics Industries Pte Ltd., partnered with PPTS India Pvt Ltd., for the Odoo migration and customization purposes. Initially, Odoo migration service was rendered through which the work system was updated with Odoo V12.

The following are the Odoo ERP implementation and customization services provided for PECKO to experience better business efficiency.

Make to order and Make to Stock. System will automatically check the available quantity and generate the manufacturing or Purchase order for the required quantity.
The purchase order can be easily created using the manufacturing orders.
Bonded and Non-Bonded functionality. Efficient management of different tax/account systems based on category and customer locations. Also, the material movement and allocations can be configured at ease.
Exchange rate functionality. Multi currency exchange rate system is established.
Invoices can be created from pickings once the DO and receipts are processed.
Landing cost functionality. Additional charges for importing materials taking place through air, sail, road etc., can be managed efficiently.
Multi BOM stock check functionality. It checks the availability of raw materials of BOM needed for manufacturing processes.
Automated Serial Number generation for receipts of materials with product category code
Delay in receiving payments (Aging) are managed effectively through accounting reports.
Effective configurations to meet the multi company and warehouse requirements of the sub branches.
Multi route configurations are configured especially for PECKO in Odoo ERP. Using the route concepts, four different routes are created for better product management in four different locations.
