About the Company
The client is one of the premium industrial lubricants and specialty lubrication solution providers for many product groups like silicons, moly, graphites, synthetic functional fluids, etc. All these are supplied through lubricating oils, lubricating greases, aerosols, powders, cleaners, etc.
The company began its production by manufacturing specialty lubricants that are based on graphite and moly followed by indigenous R&D activities. Late in the 70s, the company started to manufacture silicone-based lubricants for an aircraft manufacturer in India.
The Problem
The client’s email marketing strategies were not delivering the required results. They were sending emails that resulted in huge bounce rates and the open and click rate was considerably low.
